However, this archive remains locked without power. The Fragmented Logs quest, issued by Shani in Speranza, tasks a Raider with restoring three critical systems across the facility to unlock this knowledge. This guide details the precise location of the broken terminal in Robotics Sandbox and the steps to complete all objectives, empowering Raiders to secure the rewards and advance humanity’s cause.<\/p>\n

Where To Find The Out-Of-Service Terminal<\/h2>\n

The Fragmented Logs quest presents three objectives from the start at Stella Montis, which can be completed in any order and across multiple expeditions. The first objective requires repairing an out-of-service terminal located within either Robotics Sandbox A or Robotics Sandbox B. To execute this repair, you must possess an Electrical Component.<\/p>\n

The Robotics Sandboxes are situated centrally on the map. The most straightforward access route is via the Central Corridor on the facility’s lower floor, following the directional signs. If you did not bring an Electrical Component, they are commonly found loot items. They can be acquired from breachable air conditioning units, various terminals, inside deactivated robot carcasses, and most other electrical apparatuses scattered throughout the environment.<\/p>\n

Upon reaching the sandbox area, locate one of the two rooms positioned above the sandboxes, identifiable by an external security checkpoint. Enter the room and proceed to the far side to find the target computer terminal. With at least one Electrical Component in your inventory, an interaction prompt to repair the terminal will appear, completing the first quest objective.<\/p>\n

How To Turn On Power For The Conduit Backrooms<\/h2>\n

The second listed objective directs you to find and activate the power for the conduit backrooms servicing the Robotics Sandboxes. These backrooms are a compact series of chambers located to the right of both sandboxes when viewing the map.<\/p>\n

Access is gained from the hallway running between the two sandboxes on their right-hand side. Inside the backrooms, scan the environment for a tall terminal adorned with distinctive black-and-yellow caution tape at its base, typically found in the bottom-right corner of the room. Interacting with this terminal will restore the main power for this section, fulfilling the second objective. Completion here allows you to either return to the sandbox if the terminal repair remains pending or proceed directly to the final objective in the Cultural Archives.<\/p>\n

Your destination is the large, open room positioned between the Eastern Tunnel Hatch and the Storage Room, characterized by numerous desks, terminals, and consoles. The target terminal is a console with multiple computer monitors, situated in the bottom-right corner of this upper area, often adjacent to breachable server units. Interacting with this console restores the system to operational status.<\/p>\n

Quest Completion and Rewards<\/h2>\n

Once all three objectives\u2014repairing the Robotics Sandbox terminal, activating the conduit backroom power, and booting the Cultural Archives main frame\u2014are completed, return to Speranza and speak with Shani. Your diligence will be rewarded with experience points (EXP), three Showstopper items, and three Trailblazer grenades. Both the Showstoppers and Trailblazers are particularly effective tools for engaging aerial adversaries. Successfully concluding the Fragmented Logs quest also unlocks the subsequent mission in the narrative chain: Furtive Meetings, advancing both your arsenal and the overarching campaign against ARC.<\/p>\n
