This registration, awarded to the Russian company Promobit, validates the device’s level of localization and is a crucial step for its adoption within government and state-affiliated organizations. The laptop received a localization rating of Level 1, accumulating 170 points, and its official certification is valid until May 3, 2031. Mass production of the Titan 2C315 is slated to begin in the first quarter of 2026, marking a concrete step in Russia’s push for technological sovereignty in computing hardware.
At the core of this system is the Elbrus-2S3 processor, a dual-core CPU operating at 2.0 GHz with an integrated graphics unit. This choice of a domestically developed chipset is the most defining feature of the laptop, underscoring the strategic shift away from foreign semiconductor technology. To ensure stability and reliability, especially for enterprise and government workloads, the system is equipped with two 16GB modules of error-correcting code (ECC) DDR4 memory. For storage, it utilizes an M.2 NVMe solid-state drive from a Russian manufacturer, with base configurations starting at 512GB, providing the speed necessary for modern applications.
The Titan 2C315 is built around a 15.6-inch IPS display featuring a matte anti-glare coating, Full HD (1920×1080) resolution, and LED backlighting.
